No. Our pricing is all-inclusive — placement, onboarding, and ongoing management are included in your monthly plan.
What happens if my VA doesn't work out?
Every plan includes a free replacement guarantee. If your VA isn't the right fit, we'll find a replacement at no extra cost.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Plans are billed monthly with no lock-in. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 30 days' notice.
What time zone do your VAs work in?
Our VAs work Australian business hours by default. We can also arrange overlapping shifts or dedicated after-hours coverage.
How quickly can I get started?
Most placements are completed within 5–7 business days from initial consultation. Urgent placements can often be arranged faster.
Do I pay my VA directly?
